This book is in Fair Condition with top 3/4" of spine cover missing, tan pages, a few pages with corner bends, a few cover spots on the back cover, and tight binding.

A to Z book on foods with information from acorns to yeast. There is an illustrated page of both authors, who are food scientists opposite the Title page.
