This auction is for a hard-to-find 5 1/2"x 7 5/8" 299 page red cloth hardcover book with pastedown illustration-no dustjacket, "The Gay Rebellion", a light-hearted look at the women's right to vote issue, by Robert W. Chambers, and published by D. Appleton and Co. in 1913.

It is in Fair to Poor Condition with tape repair on the spine, some wear on cover edges, one page with small tear off right edge, lightly tan pages, loose hinges with some minor cracking, and nicely illustrated by Edmund Frederick.
