This book is in Fair condition with lightly tan pages, minor looseness in binding, minor cover smudges and rubbings, a minor tear on the bottom of the spine, some pages with corner bends and minor spotting, minor spotting on inside covers, very slight musty odor, small ink stamp on page opposite rear inside cover.
