This auction is for a hard-to-find ex-library 5 3/8"x7 1/2" 244 page blue cloth hardcover with gold lettering-no dustjacket, "The Preachers of the Church", by Alfred Ernest Garvie, and published by James Clarke & Co., Limited in 1926. (The date of publication is found at the end of the Preface). This book was part of "The Living Church" series of books.

This book is in Fair condition with cover and spine smudges, library stamp on inside cover, lightly tan pages, a few pages bottom right hand corner missing, fairly tight binding.

This book is concerned with the nature of the Living Church, and the function within it that teaches fulfillment.
