This auction is for a 320 page green cloth hardcover book with silver lettering and design-no dustjacket, "The Silver Treasury of Poetry For Home and School", Selected and Arranged by Anna C. Brackett and Ida M. Eliot, and published by G. P. Putnam's Sons in 1877.

This book is in Fair to Poor condition. It is a GOOD READING COPY.

It has minor scuffs on the cover, a large 1 1/2" deep tear at the top of the spine on the back spine edge, lightly tan pages, a large waterstain on the right side edge of the last 70 pages which does not interfere with the lettering in the book, two inscriptions on the inside cover, gilt side lettering on all sides, and 6 illustrated pages.
